1. GENERAL

Between 2023 Q4 and 2024 Q1 there are several crane operations near the airport LHDC. These operations have impact on the instrument approach procedures published in the chapter LHDC AD 2.24 of effective AIP.

The affected procedures are

circling approach (RWY 04R/22L);
straight-in approach for LOC only (RWY 04R); and
straight-in approach for LNAV (RWY 04R).

3. CIRCLING APPROACH

RWY 04R/22L instrument approach procedure (circling approach) minimum altitude has changed to 870 FT AMSL for CAT A and CAT B aircraft due to crane and 990 FT AMSL for CAT C due to obstacle.

4. STRAIGHT-IN APPROACH FOR LOC ONLY

RWY 04R instrument approach procedure (straight-in approach for LOC only) minimum altitude has changed to 690 FT AMSL due to obstacle.

5. STRAIGHT-IN APPROACH FOR LNAV

RWY 04R instrument approach procedure (straight-in approach for LNAV) minimum altitude has changed to 800 FT AMSL due to crane.

6. REPLACED NOTAMS

This SUP replaces the following NOTAMs: A4765/23, A4766/23, A4767/23, A4768/23.
