  RENEWAL OF SUBSCRIPTION OF AIS PUBLICATIONS FOR THE YEAR 2019

  1. In order to update the distribution list of Hungarian Aeronautical Publications for 2019, and for the reason to provide continuous services to our customers, all subscribers are kindly invited to submit their orders before 31st January 2019.

  2. The Hungarian Aeronautical Publications will be supplied to Aeronautical Authorities and Aeronautical Information Services on the basis of the free exchange policy stated in ICAO Annex 15 para 3.3.5., all supplementary copies will be invoiced.
  3. Subscribers receiving free publications are not required to renew subscription. It is necessary to fill in the order form only if there are some changes in the contact details, the number of copies or type of publications, etc. In case of no longer in need of receiving publications, the cancellation of subscription should be made by e-mail.
  4. Subscribers that do not meet the conditions for free subscription, have to pay for their copies according to the current price list.

Subscribers, who don't answer by the deadline will be removed from the distribution list.

Warning:

TAX Residency Certificate is needed from the customers established in non-EU countries. The Tax Residency Certificate has to be sent with the order form. In case we won’t receive the Certificate, the invoice will be issued with 27% Hungarian VAT.
